Simply great food

Whatever event we cater for, from a finger buffet in a village hall in Kent to a cocktail party in a royal palace in London, we use the same principle: we make food that people want to eat and our main concern is quality and taste.

Each dish is created from scratch by us especially for each event. We try to use local, seasonal produce and, being based in Kent “The Garden of England”, we have access to some wonderful local suppliers such as Macknade Fine Foods in Faversham and West Whelks Seafood in Whitstable Harbour. We can suggest some wonderful vegetarian and vegan menus for non-meat eaters and other special diets can, of course, be catered for if notified in advance.

We like to experiment with our own ideas and our cooking is influenced by our travels, by trying new restaurants, and by keeping up to date with current trends and flavours. Ultimately, we are foodies and hopefully our cooking reflects that.
